34+ mph Reckless Driving reduced to 9+ mph Simple Speeding Infraction!

It’s always a breath of fresh air when we encounter fair and reasonable prosecutors. Today our client was fortuitous to have an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney offer us a deal where our client got to keep his license, stay out of jail and have the 34+ mph over the limit Reckless Driving amended to a simple 9+ mph speeding infraction.
