I... was referred to Yoon by one of my friends who found great success with him before. I got a speeding ticket in Arlington County and got a very favorable result. Everyone knows Yoon is the best. During my aggressive driving course, our instructor went around the room and asked who everyones lawyer is. Other students were having issues with their attorneys. I kid not not, when I said "Joseph Yoon," the instructor paused and said, "oh he is famous around here - you're good."If you get a ticket in Northern Virginia, USE JOSEPH YOON. Don't take the risk and try any other attorneys. This was my second reckless driver ticket,... and Joseph was able to reduce it to the most minimal fine, ensure it's not on my Virginia record, and I received no points on my license. I spoke to several lawyers and most of them told me the same thing driving school,speedometer calibration money ,money,... money .When I spoke to Joseph Yoon he told me what I needed to do without spending unnecessary money . I was a bit skeptical at first ,but what I really liked about him was that he sounded sure of himself,confident and knew what he was talking about. Im the type of person that answers 100 questions and he answered each one with patience and in a professional manner. I really recommend this firm I had just received a ticket a month or two prior and already had a reckless in my driving record he went into court and got me just what I wanted a reckless 83 on a 55 to a simple speeding 64 on a 55 19 mph reduction! makes you feel a relieved!read more

Out-of-State Reckless Driving ticket on Dulles Toll Road (82/55)… Searched reviews on Google, Yelp... anything I could... find. There were a ton of lawyers with reviews and claims that they are the best. But I had a feeling about Joseph Yoon so reached out to him online. He returned my call promptly and spent the time right then to learn about my case and provide me consultation. He came across knowledgeable and genuine - so I agreed to hire him on the spot. His assistant is super professional and makes the process seamless in getting documentation, payment and agreements signed.Joseph represented me in court (I did not attend). He met with the prosecutor and police officer prior to session that day and was able to get my citation reduced to 64/55. That's incredible! That means none of the six DMV points, no jail time and no license suspension. The fine was dropped from $2,500 to $162 (plus court fees). He was worth every penny.Fairfax County Traffic Court is more than just knowledge - it's relationships. Joseph knows the judges, prosecutors and officers. He uses his relationships to get you the best deal. I'll certainly use him again if I ever need legal representation in VA.read more

Absolutely the best experience with Mr. Yoon and Ms. Gerladine at Yoon Law Firm. I appreciated how communicative Mr.... Yoon was about my case (traffic related). He walked me through every step of the way and answered all of my questions in great detail. Most importantly, we had a lengthy discussion on expectations. I was stopped on Route 95 North in Fairfax County, Virginia and was ticketed for driving 77 mph in a 55-mph zone. Since... the ticket was for more than 20 miles over the posted speed limit, I was cited for reckless driving. I was worried about having my driving license suspended, negatively impacting my auto insurance and I read that in Virginia you could go to jail if convicted for reckless driving. I went online and found Attorney Joseph Yoon who was a highly recommended defense attorney. After talking with Attorney Yoon, he put my mind at ease and I hired him to represent me in court and he told me that I did not have to appear in court if I did not want to be there. Attorney Yoon got my violation significantly reduced and called me on the telephone from the courtroom to advised me what had transpired. I was very pleased with the outcome and thanked him for his efforts. Attorney Yoon was not satisfied with the initial outcome because he felt there was more to the story. He kept working for me and called me again an hour later to advise me that he was able to go back to the prosecutor, raise an additional defense regarding the accuracy of the speeding charges against me and have the state drop the charges completely. My driving record is now clear of the speeding and reckless driving charges as if I was never charged to begin with. The incident will not appear on my DMV driving record and it will not impact my auto insurance. I highly recommend that you hire Attorney Joseph Yoon, he knows the law and he works for you to make sure that you get a fair day in court. Always have an attorney when you go to court and ALWAYS have Attorney Joseph Yoon in court representing you! I highly recommend Attorney Joseph Yoon.read more
